Year-round cooling and heating with no outdoor unit. The Sinclair ASM-12BI is an all-in-one wall-mounted air conditioner that sits neatly on the inside of an external wall and breathes through two discreet vents. No condenser on the outside of the house, no refrigerant pipework — just a clean, slim unit and two small grilles.

Installation requirements
- Must be fitted on a solid external wall — it vents directly through the rear
- Two 180mm core holes for the vents and one 25mm hole for the condensate drain
- Best performance on walls up to 240mm thick; maximum 450mm
- At least 10cm clearance to the sides and below, 20cm above
- Requires a 230V earthed socket — no extension leads
- At 45kg, a two-person lift onto the wall bracket
