Shipping policy

Delivery

Air conditioning units

• £70 pallet delivery to UK mainland addresses.
• Usually 3–5 working days from dispatch. We will confirm a delivery date with you.
• Delivery is kerbside. Units are heavy (a monobloc is around 45kg), so please have someone available to help move it inside.
• Units are kept and carried upright. Please store yours upright until it is installed.

Split and multi-split systems

Split systems contain refrigerant and must be installed by an F-Gas certified engineer. We dispatch them once we have verified your installer’s F-Gas certificate. If you have chosen our supply-and-fit service (South East of England only), we deliver straight to your installation.

Where we deliver

UK mainland addresses. For the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly and other offshore locations, please contact us for a quote before ordering. We do not deliver outside the UK.

When it arrives

Check your delivery before signing. If the packaging is damaged, sign for it as “damaged” and tell us within 48 hours with photos.
