What happens after you order
- We confirm stock and email you a delivery date.
- Reply with your installer's F-Gas certificate (or, in the South East, book our survey and we'll fit it).
- Your system is delivered on a pallet, kerbside, in 3–5 working days.
- Your F-Gas engineer fits and commissions it — keep their paperwork for the warranty.

Installation — F-Gas certificate required
Split systems contain refrigerant and must be installed and commissioned by an F-Gas certified engineer. Orders are dispatched once a valid F-Gas certificate has been verified.
No engineer? Across the South East of England, choose our supply-and-fit service — our own F-Gas certified engineers will survey, fit and commission it for you. Outside the South East, we supply the unit for your own installer.
